Please Note:

• Delivery Time = Handle Time + Shipping
• Time Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be handled the next day.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, there may be delays in shipments by a few days. Please anticipate additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS: Due to the personalized of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.

REPLACEMENT: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.

REFUNDS: The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

1. Take clear photos/videos of the product and the Order Label/Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.
2. Email support@lynseriess.com attaching the photos, and providing relevant details. We’ll respond within 24 hours, requesting further clarification if necessary.
