1.PO BOX/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We CAN NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

2.Shipped Notification & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipped Notification Email containing item photos and package photos. After 24 hours, a Shipped Confirmation Email containing tracking number(s) will send to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3.Shipping to multiple locations

We are unable to split orders for shipping to multiple locations. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

4.Checking order status

Orders need 6 business days to come your country and then the tracking number will updated information. If the tracking number is still not working within 6 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

5.Order is marked delivered, but NEVER received it

Please check around your premises and ask your neighbors. If you still can’t find your package, contact your local post office. For further assistance, email us at [email protected].

7.Change address / change shipping method

Please contact us as soon as at [email protected] when you need to change address or type shipping. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address/type shipping once an order goes into shipped.
