• Delivery Time = Handle Time + Shipping

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS: Due to the personalized of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.

REPLACEMENT: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.

REFUNDS: The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

1. Take clear photos/videos of the product and the Order Label/Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.
