Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.

HANDLE TIME
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will go into the handling process and this process often takes 3-4 business days.
Please Note:
Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be handled the next day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, there may be delays in shipments by a few days. Please anticipate additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.

1.PO BOX/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We CAN NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
2.Shipped Notification & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipped Notification Email containing item photos and package photos. After 24 hours, a Shipped Confirmation Email containing tracking number(s) will send to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you don’t receive any tracking number, please check your spam folder/ shipping email on your order and contact us at support@lynseriess.com.
3.Shipping to multiple locations
We are unable to split orders for shipping to multiple locations. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
4.Checking order status
Orders need 6 business days to come your country and then the tracking number will updated information. If the tracking number is still not working within 6 business days, please contact us at support@lynseriess.com.
5.Order is marked delivered, but NEVER received it
Please check around your premises and ask your neighbors. If you still can’t find your package, contact your local post office. For further assistance, email us at support@lynseriess.com.

6.Customs, Duties and Taxes
LYNSERIESS does not assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Customers are liable for any fees incurred during shipping, such as tariffs or taxes. We endeavor to minimize these occurrences to prevent unforeseen extra expenses for you.Additionally, customs checks may cause delays in delivery times, over which we have no control. For further details, please reach out to your local Customs office.
7.Change address / change shipping method
Please contact us as soon as at support@lynseriess.com when you need to change address or type shipping. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address/type shipping once an order goes into shipped.
