NEED A CUSTOM SIGN

Please complete our REQUEST A DESIGN (or send us a message on our Facebook page). Be sure to include a detailed description of your desired design along with your email address. The design file and quote will be sent to you within 24hours.

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ?

Select your preferred style on the product page, click “Add To Cart,” and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll take care of the rest and notify you once your order is on its way!

PRODUCTS

WARRANTY

We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products starting from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with the product, customers are requested to email us with details of the damages, along with a picture or video, at support@lynseriess.com. We will then evaluate the severity of the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a spare part or if a full replacement is necessary. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover incidents where the product is damaged due to external circumstances beyond our control.

REMOTE BATTERY

Metal sign battery: CR 1220 3V
Neon sign battery: CR 2025

Due to safety regulations, we are unable to ship batteries by air.
If the remote isn’t working, please try inserting a new battery. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to me to request a new remote.

SHIPPING

THE EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME

Orders from our store typically ship within 6 to 8 business days. For international orders, transit will take 8 to 10 business.

TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING!

Fast shipping service: It may take 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. In rare cases, the shipping carrier may misplace an order. 

Standard shipping service: It take 5-6 business days for tracking number update.

If your tracking number still isn’t active after a few days, please contact us support@lynseriess.com and reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance.

SHIPPING LATE

If your order has not arrived after 8 business days for domestic order / 10 business days for international order, please contact us support@lynseriess.com for timely support.
